| Are you a former or part time mortgage broker who would still like to keep ties to the mortgage business because you get referrals or calls from past clients from time to time? DFC Mortgage would like to talk to you. We are a true full service professional broker with years of productive experience.
If you have a referral or an old client who may want to do a deal, we can execute and close it for you. You can chose what role you would like to play in YOUR clients deal. You can originate, place (shop) the loan and we can process and close.
The other role in your deal you could have would be you give us the necessary contact info and your clients goal. We complete the 1003 for you, place the loan and process it. You can stay in contact with your client directly throughout the process if you choose.
*****We sign confidentiality agreement with you so they remain your client for future deals. Call me to go over your ideas....thoughts, questions or potential deal.
