The apartment has lots of light, exposed brick in the entryway, hardwood floors in kitchen and bedroom. Lots of storage in the kitchen with a huge refrigerator (great for lots of cooking and baking - there's a huge fridge hiding around corner in the picture below). There's a skylight in kitchen that can be opened. With the skylight and all of the windows, the temperature stays cool in the summer without an AC.
