KITCHEN SUPERVISOR
Assist food production management staff in assigning, coordinating and supervising all phases of food production. Produces high quality, consistent items while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Position requires excellent guest service skills and availability to work a flexible AM/PM schedule, rotating days and shifts. 2-3+ years line cook experience and good interpersonal skills to mentor and lead the line cooks. $16.75 + benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement, room and food discounts, tuition, and more.)
COOK I (line cook)
Produces all hot and cold food items for use in the restaurant, ensuring that all are prepared according to the Company's standards and specifications. Maintains a high level of sanitation and safety throughout the cooking area. Must be able to follow recipes and compute basic mathematical calculations to determine quantities needed. 1-2 years+ line cook experience required in an a la carte restaurant setting. Culinary school preferred. Must be available to work a flexible FULL-TIME AM/PM schedule, rotating days and shifts according to business needs. $15.75 per hour + benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement, room and food discounts, tuition, and more.)
Cook-Banquet - Full-Time
